Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy ("TDBA", "we", "us"), a Florida business located at the Activities Building, 2nd Level, 302 W. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33606. They cover your use of basketballvideos.net (the "Site") and the TDBA Online Camp we sell through it (the "Camp").

By using the Site or buying the Camp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may buy

The Camp is built for young players, but it is bought by an adult: a parent, legal guardian or coach. By buying it you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms for any player who uses the Camp.

2. What we ask you for, and why

If you sign up for updates or buy the Camp, we ask for your email address. When you build a camp, the questions you answer (such as the player's age and what they want to work on) are used to put the right lessons in front of them. How that information is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.

3. Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and TDBA never sees or stores your card number. Prices are in US dollars and include no additional booking fee. The Camp is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Changes and problems

Nothing in this section takes away any right you have under Florida or federal consumer law.

5. Training safely

Basketball carries a genuine risk of injury, at home as in a gym. Choose a safe, clear space for the drills, make sure young players have an adult nearby, and stop if anything hurts. The Camp is coaching instruction, not medical advice.

6. Messages from us

When you sign up or buy, we send you the emails that go with it, such as your receipt and your camp link. You can stop non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of them, and that will not stop you receiving a receipt or an essential message about a purchase.

7. The Site itself

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Prices and features can change, and the Site may occasionally show something out of date. Where the Site and a written confirmation from us disagree, the confirmation is what you bought.

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to break into it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, or use it to send anything unlawful.

8. Our content

The text, photographs, video, coaching material and logos on the Site belong to TDBA or are used with permission. You may share links and normal quotations. Please do not republish our material commercially without asking.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, TDBA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or the Camp. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability is limited and permitted to be capped, it is capped at the amount you paid us for the Camp.

10. Governing law and where disputes are heard

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and TDBA agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and we each consent to those courts.

Before anyone files anything, please contact us. Most things are solved with an email.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top always tells you when.
